You can connect to this server via plain FTP or secure FTPS via "cios.dhitechnical.com"
It is setup for anonymous read only access. EG choose "anonymous" as the username with no password
I reccommend the Filezilla FTP client for windows users, just select "anonymous".

FTP Server is now rate limited to 1 Mbps and a max connection of 4 threads per IP. Contact us @ paulmataruso@dhitechnical.com for highspeed accounts, we will provide creds.

USE FTP PASSIVE MODE first, if that does not work, then use active mode.
